  • How do I know you have the product in stock?
    Our stock syncs live between the physical store and online store. If a product shows it is in stock online it will be available. You are more than welcome to contact us if you are unsure.

  • How much is shipping?
    We charge a fixed fee for couriers starting from R100. We offer free shipping on orders over R2000. Free shipping does not apply to licensed goods.
  • Do you ship products nationwide?
    Yes, we do! We provide reliable and secure shipping across South Africa. Please note that certain restrictions apply to specific items such as firearms and ammunition, which may require additional documentation or procedures.
  • Can I track my order?
    Yes, once we have created a waybill for your order you will receive an email containing your tracking number and link for tracking.
  • Do you deliver overseas?
    We do not currently ship orders overseas.
  • If I purchase a firearm/ ammo/ gunpowder/ primers online are you able to ship it to me?
    Yes, However licensed goods will be shipped via specialized couriers. We will send you an additional quotation from these couriers. Free shipping does not apply to licensed goods.
  • How long will it take for my order to ship?
    A courier waybill is created as soon as payment reflects in our account. For the quickest shipping make use of our online payment options or when paying via EFT select pay and clear now. We aim to have waybills created within 30 minutes of payment reflecting (when order is placed within our operating hours)
  • Can I visit your physical store?
    Absolutely! We’d love to have you. Our store is located at 4 Cuyler Street, Grahamstown, where you can see our products in person and receive personalized advice from our expert staff.
