Mec Gar makes original equipment magazines for a number of manufacturers and are highly regarded. The follower and spring appear exactly the same shape as the 16 round CZ mags. The extra 1 round capacity is achieved by a slightly longer steel tube, with a plastic base rounding it off and filling the gap to the grip.
